Hi,
I'm Adela
Social Entrepreneur
Product Manager
Certified Coach
I'm an accidental social entrepreneur, an intentional product manager and a coach by nature.
Proud generalist. Relentlessly curious. Fatally empathetic.

I've spent more than ten years of my professional career working with multinational teams in India, China, Taiwan and across Europe.
Communication and facilitation across cultures and functions are my second nature.

My thirst for impact led me to India, where I co-founded Chezuba, a social enterprise featured in Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia list. Today, Chezuba makes a significant difference globally through innovative online volunteering and CSR management initiatives.
As a product manager, I worked with startups spanning various industries. Companies value my adaptability, proactivity, servant leadership and excellent read on people and culture. With an analytical mindset and attention to detail, I excel at designing structured processes amidst the chaos of startup environments.
I am an inquisitive mind and an eternal learner. I love diving into research on psychology, behaviour science and strategies to boost mental well-being. What I learn and analyse I share on my blog. I bring a wealth of my personal and professional experience into coaching practice to elevate my clients.
If not attentively listening to other humans, you can find me with a book, in the forest, or dancing salsa.
