Hello there!

I'm Adela,
Your personal coach, guide, sherpa.

I specialize in guiding individuals through personal and professional transitions with grace and balance.

Having lived in four countries across Asia and Europe and shifted careers from cultural diplomacy to social entrepreneurship and tech product management, I know change isn't easy. But it can be exciting and rewarding.

My mission is to equip everyone with the tools and strategies they need to overcome obstacles and transform their lives, both personally and professionally.

 

I am TEDx Speaker, MOE Certified Coach, a Vipassana meditation practitioner, certified yoga trainer and I hold Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy Diploma.

 

I'm currently getting further training at

I believe each of us has unique powers.

If we want to perform at our best we have to deeply understand ourselves and act in line with our values, strengths and passions.

Only then we can truly flourish.

Through tailored 1:1 sessions we will tap into your potential and hidden resources to create the life you imagine and deserve.

I combine traditional coaching practice with a therapeutic approach, mindfulness techniques and years of experience in product management and habit creation.

Each client is unique and I will carefully choose methods and tools that fit the context of your life the best.

2 / First session to clarify expectations

90-minute-long first session to establish our relationship, set expectations and identify your potential areas of desired change.

3 / Regular sessions

Regular 1-hour sessions to set your goals, design a plan of action, and touch upon any topics that might arise. 

4 / Celebration of your accomplishments
