Hello! I'm Adela, your interim product partner.
I specialise in jumping into chaos and building systems that last.
As a former co-founder and an interim product manager, I know both sides: building from scratch and jumping into existing teams. I've stepped into companies during their most critical transitions: product leaders leaving, re-orgs mid-flight, zero product operations, and tight deadlines in regulated environments.
I've learned that great product work isn't just about building features. It's also about understanding people, enhancing team collaboration, and developing sustainable methods for delivering value.
I combine over 6 years of hands-on product management experience with coaching skills to help teams strike a balance between speed and focus, supporting them to work more effectively together in the process.

Week 1-2: Listen & Learn
I start by talking to people - your team, your users, your stakeholders. I ask questions to understand the gaps, issues, and opportunities deeply before proposing solutions. Identify the 2-3 things currently blocking progress.
Month 1: Small Tweaks, Quick Wins
I don't come in with a playbook. I identify what's blocking progress and fix it - whether that's unclear priorities, misaligned stakeholders, or broken processes. I experiment with small adjustments to see what works for your team before implementing bigger changes. We build trust through early momentum.
Month 2-3: Build & Enable
Together, we create the systems and processes that will outlast my engagement. I document, train, and hand off so your team can sustain the improvements long after I'm gone.
